We had a great evening experimenting with the 3×3 format, cutting out pictures from magazines and arranging them in 3×3. It gave a good feel of what one can do with this format and resulted in a variety of results and discussions. Eager to go on and make our own pictures to fit a 3×3 presentation. To be continued…..
At our venue Koorenhuis, at Prinsegracht 27 The Hague, near to Grote Markt and tram line 3, we want to welcome you from 19:30hrs onwards. Our room number is 0.01 (ground level). The programme starts at 20.00hrs and will have the following presentations:
1 Opening and welcome by our chair, Heather Oortman;
2 Practical exercises to discover the ins and outs of working with 3 by 3 squares. You do not need to bring anything but a mobile phone with camera;
4 Pause, and judging of the POTY photos; Theme: Depth of field; You can find background info here on this theme. Please submit no more than 2 pictures maximum!;
5 Continuation of practical exercises;
6 Poty-results and final announcements.
We hope to be ready by 22:00hrs. The Koorenhuis bar is open till about 22:30 -23:00hrs.
