Dear members and prospect members,
We want to invite you to the second meeting of the club year 2020 – 2021 on Tuesday 20 October, 20.00 hrs. As the situation around the COVID-19 virus remains very uncertain, the committee proposes to still have a virtual meeting! The club night will be run with Skype.
The agenda for the evening is as follows:
8.00 pm – 8.05 pm: Welcome by our chair, Heather Oortman;
8.05 pm – 9.15 pm: Paul Sanders is our virtual guest speaker;
Paul will show his latest presentation, entitled “Collaboration”; there is opportunity to ask questions. Paul visited our club a few years ago, and we are very happy that he is now our guest again to present his latest work to us! 9.15 pm – 9.20 pm: Short break
9.20 pm – 9.40 pm: Critiquing: Kamal and Joop will show each 2 photos for your constructive feedback.
9.40 pm – 9.55 pm: POTY
This month’s theme is Public staircases, follow the link for more details and inspiration. Our POTY master Lex Scheers will present all entries and announce the top 5 POTY photos of this month. Please note the time schedule for the POTY photos:
- 15 October before close of day: send in your Poty photos as per the instructions in the email;
- 16 October before close of day: receive pdf with all POTY photos;
- 19 October before close of day: last chance to send in your votes as per the instructions in the email.
